Leppanen + Anker architects began their practice in 2012 in Quito, Ecuador. The principals and founders Aaron Leppanen (1979, Michigan, USA) and Gabriela Anker (1978, Quito – Ecuador) combine more than 20 years of experience from projects located in various countries such as the United States, United Arab Emirates, Peru, Singapore and Ecuador. Leppanen Anker have created a new 24-story residential building located in Quito, Ecuador. The movement of the building responds to views of the nearby parks Parque Carolina and Parque Metropolitano and of the Pichincha volcano.
